Janessa is a 200 certified Hatha yoga teacher through the living traditions of the “Himalayan Institute of Pittsburgh”. The “Himalayan Institute” is a leader in the Yoga, Meditation, and Holistic health fields with the mission of inspiring, educating, and empowering all who seek to experience their full potential.
This live, virtual event is geared for families with children of all ages. The class is limited to 15 families and pre-registration is required using the registration form below.
A Zoom link will be provided to registered participants, who can also pick up a bag at the library (after March 15th) with a healthy recipe and ingredients for a snack.
